 Learn It-Do It-Own It: Every session is a hands-on, experiential opportunity to grow. Fun and challenging practices and principles will build critical skills to increase your confidence and flexibility to meet the challenges and opportunities of the workplace and advance your career.

 April 2, Class I, Attention & Focus:

Hone your skills to listen and respond in ways that build rapport and deepen trust

• Support your ability to listen for opportunity and connection in conversations

• Reduce disconnects between you and others by focusing how we receive and send information

• Increase accuracy while reducing miscommunications and conflicts

 April 9, Class II, Engagement:

Develop your confidence and ease with a variety of people and situations

• Deepen relationships with team members and senior leaders

• Learn to make greater use of contributions from all team members, even in the face of discomfort

• Place focus on finding common ground and bringing creativity, engagement, and openings for new ideas to relationships

 April 23, Class III, Influence and Presence:

Maximize your ability to show up in meetings and business development settings with confidence and ease

• Focus on the physicality of confident leaders

• Identify your role in influencing outcomes

• Elevate your professionalism and comfort in all business settings

This class is for aspiring and established professionals 
across all industries who are ready to cultivate the generous, 
bold leader they know is within them.
