About Jenny  
I didn’t start in leadership theory. 

I started driving a forklift. 

I’ve worked in manufacturing and distribution. I’ve carried production pressure. I’ve reported to leaders who were brilliant… and leaders who were absolutely convinced they were. 

I know what it feels like to be in the middle — responsible for results, carrying more than most people see, and wondering why it still feels harder than it should. 

I trained as a coach in 2006 and stayed in industry building those skills in real time on-the-job. 
I’ve been facilitating and consulting since 2014. 

I’ve designed and delivered leadership programs for organizations including BASF, Amgen, Lego, Southwire, and others. 

But here’s what actually matters to me: 

Middle managers are surrounded by advice about how they’re “supposed” to lead. 

There’s no shortage of models, frameworks, or strong opinions. 

Some of it’s useful. 
A lot of it is noise. 

What I care about is helping you cut through that noise — and build leadership that fits you, your role, and your environment.
