This one day workshop will help you become more effective in how you lead, work with teams, collaborate and communicate. The Bolder Company creates fun, experiential workshops full of hands-on learning, writing and practice exercises so you walk away with skills and information you can apply immediately.

Learning objectives:

  • Understand the importance of relationships in the modern workplace (everything is a people business, isn’t it?)

  • Explore 5 key skill areas you bring to the table: where are you acing it, getting great team and collaborative results? Where are you struggling, leading to stress, conflict, and communication challenges?

  • Understand the importance of stress management and relationships in: increasing productivity and safety, creating high-quality work, innovating, and attracting strong performers

  • Strategies to prevent and step back from unproductive conflict, blaming and high-charge emotions to make room for teamwork that gets the job done

Included with the workshop:

  • Learning materials and workbook

  • 3 month membership in the Insight & Action* coaching program, focused on you actively building your skills and creating great results

About the Insight & Action Coaching Program:

  • Geared towards developing your mindset and skills for leading, collaborating, and advancing your career success

  • Calls will be twice a month for approximately 1 hour each

  • Platform will be Zoom, so you can call by phone or join by video, from anywhere you are

  • Group will be a mix of industries, so you’ll grow your network, your knowledge base, and get lots of perspective from a cross section of high quality participants
