Class One: DiSC® & You, May 22 – In the first session you’ll review and digest the outcomes of your DiSC® Manager assessment. This will be done in conversations with others and thought-provoking, fun exercises.

Class Two: Applying DiSC® Principles to Manage Others, May 29 – The “keys to the kingdom” with DiSC® are in your ability to recognize and adapt YOUR behavior to be most effective with others. Learn the observable traits in others, which ultimately leads to greater ease between all individuals on the team and a greater ability to flex to meet the needs of clients.
